The DFW Branch of the GreatIfe Alumni Association is happy to provide annual scholarships to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria students.

Scholarship Applicant Eligibility and Information

1. Applicants must be enrolled and on track to complete and obtain a Bachelor's degree from the University

2. Applicants must be in good academic standing (no less than a 3.0 overall grade-point average on a 5.0 scale)

3. Applicants must have completed and passed all registered 100 Level courses

4. Only University approved email addresses will be accepted for the application

5. Submitted documents must be in .pdf, .doc, or .docx formats, pictures in .jpg, .jpeg or .png formats

6. The Association reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship award if the requirements stipulated above are not met or the participants' character comes under question

7. The Association reserves the right to withhold the scholarship in any given year if a suitable candidate is not identified

8. All submitted documents remain the property of the association

9. Application closes on November 21st, 2025
